Taken early morning on the Plains of San Agustin in New Mexico. This summer the Intermountain West was on fire from Northern Colorado to Southern New Mexico all at the same time. This place was about twenty miles from one such fire just to the South. You can see the haze in the air. The telescopes aren't affected they see the universe night and day. #texture
