I love how trees seem to have two things going on at once: an inner, darker interior with a brighter and more ephemeral exterior. There's all this secondary life teeming all over the inside landscape on the trunk and branches; this shaded and complex ecosystem on and within the host; a construct of shaded cover. #bw #iphone
