Swedish Semla (plural Semlor) are fluffy, light, cardamom spiced buns with an almond paste filling and unsweetened whipped cream on top. Fancy looking, yes, but honestly not too difficult to make. I'm a bit obsessed with ticking things off my baking "bucket list" and Semla have been on that list at least a year now. Glad I made them, and would definitely make them again! #semla #swedish #sweden
