...when books were printed with lead letters. This era came to an end with the last millennium. As with a lot of other things, that way of working was too #slow and therefore too expensive.

The printing machine (type Heidelberger Tiegel) in the photo has well maintained survived in a small print shop. My friend Oskar is an artist and a passionate advocate of traditional printing technology.
Today he produces individual printed products in letterpress printing in high typographic quality.
