These have 100% hard red winter wheat, and can I just say what a revelation it is to bake with whole grain?
Taste is awesome, and I can credibly deceive myself that these are healthier than the same made with all purpose flour. Honestly, there are only minor tweaks needed when you substitute whole grain, and this is now the only way I make these — and they’re a HUGE hit with the 3-yo. Imagine that!! 😜
